Make it possible so I can add cameras manually and Ill give you a higher rating. I cant add my camera because its behind a firewall using port forwarding and your limited software wont let me add it.

My god , please add multiple quad views setup for cameras , I need to have a few quad views screens so I can switch between them easy its really annoying to switch back and forth from one camera to another . PLEASE Also please allow rearrange cameras in the main list window . And please add groups to break cameras into groups. Thanks

Dont see a ptz function for your ridiculously priced camera

I can no longer access any recordings on iOS devices following recent upgrades. Anything prior to that (the 27th of December) is still accessible - PLEASE FIX!!!!!

Can no longer view recordings on any devices remotely since the latest upgrade version of this app. Not so secure for a security system monitoring program. Still no fix... not even sure if Axis monitors its own apps to verify they function properly...

Good app if you have the luck to find the right settings.

Im glad axis finally has their own app. It is a good start and cant wait to see the future versions and the features it brings so that it operates just like the companion.

Increases the value of my axis investment.

The first thing this app tells you is to setup cameras using the Axis Client for Windows. This is an app for iPhone. Why would I have access to a Windows machine? To make this app useful, it should let you setup cameras. How hard could that be to add?

Still has issues closing out after selecting camera

No ptz control. No presets. But the cameras are viewable and sites easily managed. Havent tried audio...

Whats the point of having cameras with audio and an app that doesnt support audio?

All of my passwords and login to myAxis was deleted when I updated the app. I don’t see why these couldn’t be preserved.

Much improved. It loads much faster and is way less buggy. The app is usable now.

This is by far one of the most useless and unreliable apps I have ever downloaded from the App Store. The features are limited, designed for viewing only with no remote control capabilities of my cameras. Five times out of 10 my site will fail to load and I can not get access to my cameras. Its also common for me to be able to load one camera but not the other. I never have the confidence I should have that the app is going to function correctly 100% of the time when I am away and need to monitor my home. Overall I am on the fence about the products from this company. The build quality of the cameras are mostly good, but not enough attention is paid to the software which side of things which is taking on an increasingly larger role... And did I mention their support?
